These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Manuvo platform ("the Platform"), operated by Manuvo ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing access or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. Our website is located at manuvo.eu and our platform at app.manuvo.eu.
1. The Product
Manuvo is a digital career development platform providing structured guidance, AI-powered tools, frameworks, and templates to support professionals in their job search. Access is delivered digitally via a web-based platform immediately after purchase.
2. Payment and Access
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Manuvo transactions. Manuvo offers three access plans:
- Monthly: A recurring monthly subscription at €18/month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- 3-Month Access: A one-time payment of €48 granting full access for three months. Access pauses at the end of the three-month period. No automatic renewal.
- Lifetime: A one-time payment of €199 granting permanent access to the Platform and all future updates.
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the plan you purchased.
3. Refund Policy
Manuvo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Monthly plan. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@manuvo.eu and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
The 3-Month and Lifetime plans do not include a money-back guarantee, as these are fixed-term and permanent access purchases respectively. Refund requests for these plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Manuvo's discretion.
Refund requests on the Monthly plan made after 30 days of the first payment will not be accepted. This policy applies to first-time purchases only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the Platform — including frameworks, templates, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Manuvo. You may use these materials for your personal career development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share access with others.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or access with others
- Copy, reproduce, or resell any Platform content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
6. Disclaimer
Manuvo provides tools, frameworks, and guidance to support your job search. Manuvo does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, salary increases, or interview success. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manuvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
Manuvo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
